To secure your appointment, an upfront consultation fee is required. This fee will be applied as a credit toward any taxes, bookkeeping, or payroll services you choose to engage. If no additional services are selected, the consultation fee will be charged.

  • Fee: One-time professional fee

  • Fees are established based on:

    • Type of return

    • Scope and complexity of services

    • Number of schedules and forms

    • Condition and completeness of client records

​Complex Tax & IRS Matters
Professional fees for taxpayer representation, Offer in Compromise processing, tax planning, and other complex IRS matters are established on a project basis and agreed upon prior to commencement of services.

Ongoing Bookkeeping & Payroll Services

  • Monthly bookkeeping services

Fee Structure

  • Billed on a monthly engagement basis

  • Fees vary based on:

    • Volume of transactions

    • Number of accounts

    • Payroll frequency and number of employees

    • Level of professional services required

 

Monthly professional fees are determined after a review of business activity and scope of services.

Bookkeeping Clean-Up & Catch-Up Services

  • Prior-period reconciliations

  • Error correction

  • Backlogged bookkeeping

  • Preparation for ongoing monthly services

Fee

  • One-time professional project fee

  • A reduced fee may be offered when clean-up services are followed by an ongoing monthly bookkeeping engagement

 

All fee arrangements are established in advance and documented in the engagement agreement.

Notary Public

  • Notary fees are charged in accordance with Washington State statutory requirements

  • Any applicable travel fees are disclosed in advance

  • Fees are based on the scope of professional services provided and are not contingent upon results

  • All fees are agreed upon prior to the commencement of services

  • Additional services outside the agreed scope may require a revised fee agreement

  • Written engagement agreements are required before services begin
