All fee arrangements are established in advance and documented in the engagement agreement.

• Notary fees are charged in accordance with Washington State statutory requirements

• Any applicable travel fees are disclosed in advance

5. Professional Fee Disclosures

• Fees are based on the scope of professional services provided and are not contingent upon results

• All fees are agreed upon prior to the commencement of services

• Additional services outside the agreed scope may require a revised fee agreement

• Written engagement agreements are required before services begin
