Cancellation Policy
We greatly value both your time and ours. After you submit your booking request, we will send you an email and an invoice. Once the payment is received electronically, we will promptly confirm your appointment. Thank you! Cancellation and Refund Policy: 1. Cancellation: Booking can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel an order, please email ask@cad-accounting.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. 2. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are applicable only for canceled orders within the specified 24-hour period. No refunds will be processed for services or products already delivered. 3. Refund Processing: Once your cancellation is approved, refunds will be processed within 1-4 banking business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. 4.
