Service Description
Due to the busy season, approval for your booking is not guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding. To secure your appointment, an upfront consultation fee is required. This fee will be applied as a credit toward any taxes, bookkeeping, or payroll services you choose to engage. If no additional services are selected, the consultation fee will be charged.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy Thank you for booking your appointment with E. Smith Accounting Services. To help us make the most of our time together, please provide complete and accurate information when booking your appointment. Any relevant documents, questions, or details requested before the appointment should be submitted in advance so we can prepare for a productive and meaningful meeting. Payment & Booking Confirmation Your appointment is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed**. Submitting a booking request without completing the required payment does not guarantee your appointment time. Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change. 48 hours or more before your appointment: You may cancel without a cancellation charge. Less than 48 hours but at least 24 hours before your appointment: A cancellation fee of 10% of the amount paid will apply. Less than 24 hours before your appointment or failure to attend: Your payment may be subject to the applicable cancellation/no-show policy. Consultation Fee Credit If you book a consultation and subsequently engage E. Smith Accounting Services for tax preparation, tax services, bookkeeping, or payroll services, your consultation fee will be credited toward the applicable service, subject to the terms of that service. If you do not engage our services following the consultation, the consultation fee remains the fee for the consultation and is not credited or refunded.Important By booking your appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Booking & Cancellation Policy.
